Still n vegas woke up @ 10am hit the casino 2 play sum catch up Before my flight...

Well made $500 on my way out the door @ blackjack @ the Mirage ;) now I'm sitting in a cab telling jokes! Its battling jokes..on a side note @tikighosn and I sat delirious eating breakfast @ 5am with Wilmer Valderama "fez" great guy..

So I'm STILL up I've been up since 6am yesterday..I flew to vegas gambled lost won it back went to the awards show hosted the afterparty hungout with my boyz @titoortiz, @tikighosn, @toe2toeinc, @juanpicazo and @mstracylee and wilmer valderama @ LAVO...

Now I'm @ HardRock gambling currently eating to get some energy since I started gambling lost $400 and now need the energy to win it back plus more and all b4 I go home @ 12 noon today!.....I'm pretty sure I hate las vegas..BLAAAAAHH...PPLLLLLPPP!!!

Looking back on today I gotta say the one thing that made my year was meeting the legendary skateboarder Christian Hasoi and taking a picture with him..

As a kid I grew up hearing about the legend Hasoi and riding his boards...he said to my boy when introduced "yeah I watch you fight on tv..... Razor Rob" that made my year.

So I hit the gym this morning 2 sell sum gear and train my boy steve morales

He warmed up I stretched him out"that's what she said" and then he did 4 rounds of thai pads & 2 rounds of focus mitts..as we were finishing my buddies ben and steve moon were watching and browsing thru a mens fitness mag..it had a great ab routine that GSP does . It was stuff I hadn't ever seen and I eneded up makin steve do the routine..I did a few reps as well ;) but can't wait to throw it into my next workout as well.
