So after talking about hitting the gym all day 2 workout myself I finally made it....
I ran 3 miles in 23 mins and did the GSP ab workout I jacked from Mens Health magazine..now I'm laying in bed watching I wanna work 4 diddy2...oh ya I'm hungry too but drinkin a protein shake instead of eating top ramen with my girl.
