So I trained my boy this morning @HBUTC then ran for 35 minutes and helped my sister move. All in all it was a long ass day with dinner and a movie and finishing my boys room.

Well tomorrow I'm taking my sister shopping for a tv and hopefully hit the gym to kick the bag for a few rounds. Its my wifes babyshower tomorrow so all chicks at my house..well now I'm watching tv till I crash out..
