Wow well when I woke up this morning I had No idea how my day was really going to unfold. I woke to train a student and then meet a contractor to do some minor stuff to my home I'm moving into soon. What really happened was my boy tiki decided we needed

To gut the place and do a whole new remodel. So I told the contractor I'd call him when I need him to paint and then it started! I hit osh got tools and supplies then grabbed 5 mexican guys and tore apart my home...wow in between all that I had a meeting with some promoters on another venture I have going on and taught a kickboxing class...its turning out to be the worlds longest day..time to relax and go run a few miles to unwind :)
